All Girls

STEAMCAMP!

This summer, Jackson Hole Tutoring is proud to announce ALL GIRLS STEAM CAMP! This camp is an extension of our popular ALL GIRLS MATH CAMP.  It is an exciting opportunity for 6th, 7th and 8th grade young ladies to explore the wonderful world of STEAM in a fantastically friendly and nurturing environment. Students will experience the Engineering design process first hand as they collaborate to design a new product. They will go through all of the design steps from conception to prototyping to final product.  ALL levels of learning are encouraged to join.

Our ALL GIRLS STEAM Camp incorporates hands on activities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics.   Activities are designed to be fun, explorative and something that they would unlikely encounter in a regular school setting.  Our goal is to have each student experience the components of STEAM and see how they all fit together. At the end of the week each student ideally will have a better grasp of STEAM, made some new friends and boosted their confidence.  We take boys out of the mix to help build confidence and promote girl power!
